A used gun is a sensible buy in a state where a deer rifle may fire ten rounds a year and then spend eleven months in a cabinet. Read the listed condition and the photos closely, and ask your Minnesota dealer to look the gun over at pickup. The transfer is identical to a new firearm: it ships to the FFL you choose, you complete the federal form and check, and a used handgun or semiautomatic military-style rifle still requires a permit to purchase or a permit to carry.
